Jordan Fensterman

Jordan Fensterman is a resident of Roslyn and a practicing lawyer throughout the State of New York. He is a Partner in the law firm of Abrams Fensterman, LLP. A substantial portion of his practice involves Physician License defense which prompted an interest in collectible antique medical glass bottles and tins. The history of medicine past to present is of particular interest. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family. Much family time is spent walking around the beautiful grounds at Cedarmere, the William Cullen Bryant estate, in Roslyn Harbor, and around the historic areas near the Roslyn Grist Mill and Silver Lake in Roslyn Village. Many of the projects the Roslyn Landmark Society has undertaken, is undertaking, and will be targeting involve locations in and near the Grist Mill. Jordan is a voracious reader and upon moving to Roslyn he quickly consumed as much literature that involved Roslyn’s landmarks and history as was possible. Jordan highly recommends the Roslyn Restored book for an in depth look at the preservation that has taken place in Roslyn and for in depth descriptions of the homes and structures that appear in the book.

Jordan received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as the President of the Hofstra Health Law Society for a period of approximately two years. Mr. Fensterman maintains offices in Lake Success, Brooklyn, Manhattan, White Plains and Rochester.
